The Mashhad Municipality has decided to carry out Majd 1 and Majd 2 projects with commercial, residential and official use on the side of Majd Blvd. and Hor-e Ameli street, aiming at organizing and improving urban texture and meeting the needs of applicants. The projects have proper access from Hor-e Ameli Street to Majd street.
Important Features of the Project:
1. Located in special Majd zone with high investment attractiveness
2. Located in the central area of the city and in the vicinity of the holy shrine
3. Passing of line 3 of urban railway (under construction) near the project
4. Proximity to underground parking with a capacity of at least 1,300 parking lots
5. Approved by Article 5 of Commission Regulation for the implementation of projects
6. Possibility to change some uses to justify the project
