Estimating the volume of investment

The contract of Salman commercial and the administrative tower was concluded in 2004 in an area of 10888 m2 and a total floor area of 71,000 m2 and 18 storeys with commercial, administrative, and parking use with the participation of the private sector. However, due to the problems encountered at the beginning of the work, its operation began in 2009 after a few years of delay and it has been exploited since 2015.
Salman commercial tower is a multi-functional building and one of the special projects in Mashhad.
The investor of the project is Falat-e Toos Co.

Important Features of the Project:
1. The crowded commercial route from Rahnamaei three-way junction to Ferdowsi square
2. Proximity to the Gharekhan linear park, which has been turned into a convenient place for citizens by the special attention of the municipality.
