The contract of Fereshteh participatory project was concluded in an area of 15, 262 m2 in district 9 at the intersection of Haft-e Tir Blvd. and Ershad Blvd. with residential, commercial and parking use in 2013 by the investment of the private investor. Subsequently, the issue of the partnership between the municipality and the investor was agreed upon by the parties after transferring the municipal share to the investor, thereby concluding a new contract in 2017. The project will be one of the most important and highest urban projects after construction. The investor of this project is Mr. Mahdi Ekhteraei.
